OUR APPROACH
Conceptual Design
Typically, the Client comes to us with an idea or layout for our review and advice.
We, then, propose alternative structural scheme options and structural materials that are within the Client’s brief, as well as the respective construction sequence philosophy.
The structural options we propose consider the structural stability, durability, aesthetics, sustainability, buildability and cost.
Analysis and Design
We communicate our design through hand sketches, CAD drawings, reports and specifications that satisfy our client’s needs and requirements, as well as the local authority and third-party approval processes and procedures.
Site support
We provide support to Contractors at the construction stage of our projects. Our support consists of attending site visits and inspections, respond to Contractor queries, review shop drawings, site instructions, etc.
Additionally, we provide services directly to the Contractor. These services include the detailed design of permanent works, e.g. steel connections, as well as services related with the temporary structural works.
